Performs bulk sewing operations across various garment styles and machines while meeting quality and productivity standards. Reviews raw materials, learns new operations, feeds production lines with quality panels, and follows company procedures. The role requires manual dexterity, garment component identification, teamwork, independent work, problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with extended periods of sitting or standing.

Develops, improves, implements, and evaluates manufacturing processes. Establishes labor standards through time studies, improves workflow and efficiency, supports Lean Manufacturing, implements layouts, maintains engineering and production data in Dynamics 365 and Leadtec, monitors KPIs and operator efficiency, conducts floor audits, and trains production staff. The role also supports costing, BOM mapping, equipment planning, reporting, and labor-standard discussions with employees and the union.
