Establishes labor standards through time studies, improves workflow and efficiency, supports Lean Manufacturing, implements layouts, maintains engineering and production data in Dynamics 365 and Leadtec, monitors KPIs and operator efficiency, conducts floor audits, and trains production staff. The role also supports costing, BOM mapping, equipment planning, reporting, and labor-standard discussions with employees and the union.
