Performs GIS analysis, spatial queries, data conversion, database management, and custom map and report production. Develops and maintains vector, raster, and tabular data; supports field data collection systems; conducts mapping QA/QC; resolves project data issues; and collaborates with field teams and internal departments on environmental projects. Requires ArcGIS experience, GIS data and cartographic knowledge, analytical skills, and familiarity with Python, SQL, and Esri Arcade.

Manages infrastructure consulting projects from conception through completion, overseeing scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risks, deliverables, and client expectations. Coordinates internal teams across land services, GIS, permitting, planning, and environmental functions; manages contractors and vendors; resolves disputes; administers contracts and change orders; reports project status; and supports stakeholder communications, safety, business development, and team leadership.

Manage major infrastructure projects from conception through completion, coordinating internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, quality assurance, risk mitigation, scope and change-order management, client communication, stakeholder engagement, deliverable tracking, and team leadership. The role supports land services, permitting, environmental, GIS, and land administration projects while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to client expectations.
