Conducts risk-based AML investigations of individual and corporate clients using transaction data, open-source research, and documentation. Determines whether Suspicious Transaction Reports are required, prepares STRs for FINTRAC, maintains investigation records, advises stakeholders, supports compliance leadership, and responds to regulatory inquiries and audits. The role also contributes to compliance procedures and handles internal and external queries.

Provide administrative support to the Head of Equity Research and research analysts, including meeting and travel coordination, expense and invoice processing, database and records maintenance, office management, HR initiatives, and special projects. The role requires discretion, strong organization, communication, prioritization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Supports advisor recruiting through cold and warm outreach, prospect qualification, email campaigns, CRM and pipeline management, market research, meeting coordination, and campaign reporting. The role also provides administrative and event support to the business development and recruiting team while handling confidential prospect information.
