Lead the marketing strategy for Calix's Tier 1 and Tier 2 service provider solutions, focusing on messaging, customer engagement, and collaborative marketing efforts while ensuring technical fluency and effective storytelling.

Provide advanced, customer-facing technical escalation support for CalixOne and cloud-connected Wi‑Fi premises equipment. Troubleshoot complex networking and cloud issues, use data-driven insights to recommend improvements, create technical documentation, support early adopter customers, collaborate cross-functionally including executive communication, and complete ongoing training to stay current on features and technologies.

Lead and deliver an enterprise AI platform and agent factory: design architecture, build cost-effective model infrastructure, harden security/SSO/IAM, enable developer adoption, and build agent workflows across the PDLC (ideation, development, deployment). Mentor engineers, steer delivery partners, and remain hands-on implementing agents, RAG pipelines, integrations, and observability to drive measurable productivity gains.
