Lead technical architect providing cross-project technical leadership and strategic direction. Make long-term architectural decisions, resolve complex design issues, drive processes and projects, mentor engineers, and partner with sales, accounts and executives to influence product strategy and customer outcomes.

Develop and extend UVM-based functional verification environments, add features, ensure customer configurations pass regressions, support customers, maintain functional and code coverage, and ensure designs meet technical and quality metrics. Focus includes memory controller verification and protocols like DDR/LPDDR/AXI/CHI-E.

Provide tools and hands-on support to analog circuit and custom layout teams using Cadence EDA tools. Support design capture, pre/post-layout simulation, optimization, EM/IR and thermal analysis, reliability and 2.5D/3D IC flows, and develop AI-driven tooling and improvements to increase efficiency and quality.

The role involves leading physical design, methodology development, implementation, and verification in advanced technology nodes, ensuring successful tapeouts.
