Leads end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across ML, MLOps, platform, systems, and solutions engineering teams. Responsibilities include planning, dependency and risk management, Agile process leadership, PMO standards, executive reporting, enterprise deployments, incident follow-up, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment. Requires strong technical fluency, project management expertise, and the ability to drive execution in ambiguous environments.

Owns Buzz Solutions’ partner go-to-market strategy, revenue, pipeline, and international expansion. The role involves building a partner ecosystem, negotiating commercial agreements, developing integrations and joint solutions, enabling partner sales and technical teams, creating certification programs, and managing partner-sourced opportunities through close. Initial priorities include formalizing Esri and IBM Maximo alliances, developing hyperscaler co-sell and marketplace channels, expanding into Canada, and establishing repeatable partnership processes.

Build and maintain cloud infrastructure, APIs, data and inference pipelines, databases, CI/CD systems, monitoring, and Kubernetes deployments for machine learning products. Develop Python backend applications, integrate model registries and MLOps frameworks, monitor model drift and vulnerabilities, optimize Google Cloud infrastructure, and support testing, documentation, code reviews, and AI platform roadmap planning.
