The Hardware Operations Specialist manages hardware customer engagements from order through deployment, ensures vendor accountability, and coordinates customer training. Lead end-to-end client onboarding projects, manage timelines and cross-functional coordination, execute data migrations using Excel and AI tools, deliver product training (online and in-person), and guide clients through change management to ensure successful go-lives.
