The People & Talent Acquisition Manager will lead full-cycle recruitment, improve HR processes, build talent pipelines, and support onboarding and employee engagement.

Develop and maintain BusPlanner Pro using C++ and .NET, support UI development, collaborate with teams, and optimize databases.

This role involves leading a marketing team, managing integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels, and executing data-driven strategies to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.

Provide technical and product support to K-12 transportation clients: troubleshoot data/import/export and performance issues, manage Windows cloud-hosted environments, use SQL Server to resolve issues, produce documentation, and participate in a rotating 7am–7pm ET support schedule with occasional after-hours.

Lead end-to-end client onboarding projects, manage timelines and cross-functional coordination, execute data migrations using Excel and AI tools, deliver product training (online and in-person), and guide clients through change management to ensure successful go-lives.
