BuildOps Offices

Provides high-volume IT support for employees, managing identity and access across SaaS applications, troubleshooting authentication and integrations, supporting Mac devices through MDM, and maintaining documentation. The role also manages Jira ticket queues, assists with onboarding and offboarding, collaborates with DevOps, Security, and HR, and provides basic audiovisual support for company events. It requires strong communication, prioritization, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills in a hybrid Toronto environment.

Architect, build, and optimize BuildOps’ full-stack platform using React.js, Node.js, GraphQL, REST, and SQL. Lead technical decisions, API and database optimization, observability, testing, cloud infrastructure, and event-driven architecture. Mentor engineers, establish engineering best practices, guide cross-team technical initiatives, and collaborate with product, QA, customers, and partners to deliver reliable, scalable software.

Build and scale frontend applications, backend services, APIs, integrations, and production systems. Own projects from technical design through rollout and maintenance, improve reliability, performance, scalability, and observability, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Design. Mentor engineers, contribute to architecture and engineering standards, resolve ambiguous technical problems, and use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development while maintaining sound engineering judgment.
