Architect, build, and optimize BuildOps’ full-stack platform using React.js, Node.js, GraphQL, REST, and SQL. Lead technical decisions, API and database optimization, observability, testing, cloud infrastructure, and event-driven architecture. Mentor engineers, establish engineering best practices, guide cross-team technical initiatives, and collaborate with product, QA, customers, and partners to deliver reliable, scalable software.

The Product Manager will own mobile product execution, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, prioritization, release communications, customer feedback, and cross-functional coordination with engineering and design. The role requires developing technical fluency in mobile navigation, data loading, and offline synchronization while ensuring predictable releases and supporting field technicians.

Leads architecture and development of BuildOps’ integration and data platform. Designs APIs, service patterns, databases, event-driven systems, and scalable cloud infrastructure while improving observability, reliability, testing, and deployment practices. Build and scale frontend applications, backend services, APIs, integrations, and production systems. Own projects from technical design through rollout and maintenance, improve reliability, performance, scalability, and observability, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Design. Mentor engineers, contribute to architecture and engineering standards, resolve ambiguous technical problems, and use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development while maintaining sound engineering judgment.

Leads the company-wide enablement strategy across revenue, marketing, professional services, customer success, support, and AI teams. Owns the BuildOps Academy and Docebo LMS, develops enablement programs and content governance, embeds AI into learning workflows, manages enablement staff, and establishes KPIs and executive reporting to improve employee productivity, customer adoption, and implementation time to value.

Design lead for financial workflows, AI, and mobile—own end-to-end solutions, mentor other designers, create AI-native and agentic experiences, simplify complex enterprise/ERP workflows, partner with product and engineering, and raise design quality across the domain cluster.

Own end-to-end product design for enterprise/vertical SaaS features: user research, flows, prototypes, and engineering handoffs. Partner with PMs and engineers, run usability testing, participate in design reviews, mentor junior designers, and visit customers/teams up to six times per year.

Manage and motivate a team of SDRs to build outbound motion, hire and coach reps, set and track goals/KPIs, optimize processes and sequences in Outreach, and scale tools and team to grow pipeline.

Lead and scale the product design organization for a B2B SaaS platform, define strategic design vision, own UX/UI and design system across mobile and web, embed AI into product experiences, partner with Product and Engineering, and grow a high-performing design team focused on user research, experimentation, and measurable outcomes.

Design, build, and operate the integration and data platform supporting integrations, APIs, and data movement. Drive architecture, performance, observability, testing, and mentor engineers while introducing tooling and patterns to improve reliability, scalability, and developer experience.

Lead company-wide technical strategy for software quality and reliability. Drive cross-team initiatives, establish architecture and engineering standards, build shared platform capabilities (release safety, automated validation, observability), improve testability and resilience, define reliability metrics, lead multi-team programs, and mentor engineers to raise organizational reliability practices.
