Develops new business for customs brokerage, freight forwarding, trade technology, and warehousing services. Identifies prospects through cold calling, networking, and market research; presents solutions, prepares proposals and RFP/RFQ responses, manages territory sales, records activity in CRM, and maintains client relationships. Requires strong communication, analytics, decision-making, and customer relationship skills, along with occasional travel across Canada, the United States, and Mexico.

Performs general ledger maintenance, account and bank reconciliations, capital asset accounting, monthly financial statements, budgeting, year-end reporting, audit preparation, accounts payable and receivable, government filings, and CARM reporting. The role also identifies process deficiencies, recommends solutions, and collaborates with business owners and departments on reporting requirements.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable full-stack enterprise applications across front-end, back-end, Azure, and AWS platforms. Collaborate in Agile teams, build APIs and integrations, troubleshoot and optimize solutions, participate in code reviews, and apply CI/CD, TDD, and BDD practices. Mentor junior developers, improve engineering standards, document solutions, and provide effective customer support.
