Performs financial analysis, liquidity forecasting, billing, accounts receivable reconciliation, journal entries, and monthly and quarterly close activities. Supports cash collection, system implementations, user acceptance testing, process automation, reporting improvements, and technology-related issue resolution. Develops training materials and coordinates billing settlements with internal teams while improving financial controls, data quality, and operational efficiency.

The Senior Analyst, Finance will manage investment onboarding and offboarding, financial reporting, investor capital calls and distributions, liquidity monitoring, compliance, audit and tax support, valuation materials, and financial analysis. The role prepares US GAAP and IFRS statements, supports due diligence and system enhancements, coordinates with internal teams and external advisors, and helps optimize reporting processes across Brookfield’s real estate investment platform.

Leads the end-to-end homeowner selections process, ensuring timely documentation, purchase orders, custom options, and a positive customer experience. Maintains design studio samples, displays, product libraries, systems, reports, and forecasts. Collaborates with homeowners, suppliers, trade partners, Sales, Marketing, Contracts, Purchasing, and Architecture teams. Provides contracts administration support, manages base and options purchase orders, analyzes product performance, and recommends pricing or product adjustments.
