Lead and scale Brodie League's sales across all locations: own revenue targets, build playbooks and training, coach frontline staff, design pricing and add-ons, create dashboards and report KPIs, and partner with marketing and operations to grow registrations and retention.

Lead Brodie's corporate voice and strategic narrative across earned, owned, and paid channels. Build PR infrastructure, manage media relations, launch a flagship newsletter, position executives, oversee content and measurement, and provide strategic counsel to leadership to drive brand awareness, partnerships, and investor interest.

Manage day-to-day execution of registration marketing across 22+ markets: run Customer.io email campaigns and automations, maintain PlayerOne portal and Wisepops popups, coordinate assets and approvals, monitor email metrics and A/B tests, troubleshoot integrations, and support partnership promotions to ensure seamless registration cycles and high deliverability.

Lead and scale multi-location league operations, oversee District/General/League Managers, drive operational systems, player experience, revenue growth, and team development to ensure consistent, high-quality game nights across all locations.

Manage and maintain content operations for game nights and media days: schedule and oversee contractors, enforce standards and checklists, review content and league graphics for accuracy, track delivery metrics, and coordinate with senior operations on issues.

Manage and grow Brodie League’s main Instagram: produce daily stories and 4–6 weekly feed posts, shoot/edit content, build community, coordinate 20+ regional pages, monitor trends and analytics, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive registrations and engagement.

Lead Brodie League's financial strategy, planning, reporting, and controls. Oversee FP&A, budgeting, cash flow, compliance, audits, and capital management. Build and mentor the finance team and provide executive financial guidance for scaling and profitability.
