Leads business analysis for client implementations and software application projects. Gathers, documents, and validates business and functional requirements; performs gap analysis, data mapping, process modeling, and solution definition. Collaborates with product, development, QA, partners, and clients across Agile and Waterfall SDLCs. Supports testing, investigates system issues, identifies risks, and provides functional leadership and coaching to junior business analysts.

Lead end-to-end onboarding of infrastructure platforms, applications, databases, service accounts, and privileged accounts into BeyondTrust PAM. Configure vaulting, password rotation, privileged access controls, session management, and approval workflows. Develop automation and integrations using PowerShell, Python, Bash, and REST APIs. Support Windows, Linux, Active Directory, databases, cloud, and hybrid environments while troubleshooting access issues and strengthening security controls in regulated environments.

Coordinate technical client implementations from environment setup and testing through migration, UAT, go-live, and handover. Manage deployments, releases, defect triage, monitoring, migration rehearsals, runbooks, documentation, and stakeholder communication across clients and internal technical teams.
