The Chief of Staff/BizOps Lead will bridge strategy and execution, enhance team rhythm via OKRs, streamline processes, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize operations. Responsibilities include managing special projects and translating complex problems into actionable plans.

As Bree's first Product Manager, you'll own product areas, prioritize roadmaps, convert ambiguous problems into specifications, and collaborate across teams to enhance execution and drive product outcomes.

Design and implement infrastructure solutions for reliable, scalable data-intensive systems, optimize PostgreSQL databases, and enforce Infrastructure as Code best practices.
