Own end-to-end accounting for two entities, including AP, AR, journal entries, month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, financial statements, intercompany accounting, and audit support. Lead the migration from QuickBooks to a new ERP, including configuration, validation, testing, and documentation. Improve accounting workflows through automation and use Excel, SQL, Snowflake, and Metabase to investigate financial questions and support reporting.

Own customer-facing features end to end, from discovery and architecture through implementation, testing, rollout, monitoring, and iteration. Build across TypeScript and Node.js serverless services and React Native applications, make pragmatic modernization decisions, integrate APIs and payment systems, maintain reliability, and mentor engineers. The role requires strong product judgment, architectural ownership, AI-assisted development, and experience with AWS event-driven systems and automated testing.

Coordinate cross-functional technical programs from ambiguous priorities through release. Define scopes, sequencing, workstreams, dependencies, ownership, and decision points; write technical specifications; run effective program cadences; report risks and progress to executives; and identify issues involving models, data pipelines, deployments, monitoring, and infrastructure before they impact deadlines.
