Teams at Braze

Join the Cloud Data Ingestion & Transformation team to design, build, and operate scalable data ingestion and transformation systems. Own end-to-end features (primarily back-end with front-end delivery), process very high data volumes, drive architectural decisions, and improve platform reliability and customer data integrations.

Serve as a senior pre-sales trusted advisor for the Media, Entertainment, Gaming & Sports segment across the Americas. Demonstrate Braze product and AI capabilities, craft technical solutions, support sales cycles, collaborate with sales/marketing/security/product teams, mentor junior Solutions Consultants, and travel up to 50%. Based in Toronto.

Own technical relationships for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving value, adoption, retention, and technical strategy for the Braze platform. Provide technical advisory, enablement, discovery, implementation support, documentation, architectural guidance, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes and support renewals and upsells.
