Join the Cloud Data Ingestion & Transformation team to design, build, and operate scalable data ingestion and transformation systems. Own end-to-end features (primarily back-end with front-end delivery), process very high data volumes, drive architectural decisions, and improve platform reliability and customer data integrations.

Serve as a senior pre-sales trusted advisor for the Media, Entertainment, Gaming & Sports segment across the Americas. Lead and grow a BSA and TPM team to define and execute the CX technology strategy and roadmap for post-sales functions. Own vendor selection, platform implementations, lifecycle governance, AI adoption, integrations, data alignment, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement to drive operational efficiency and CX outcomes.

Lead architecture, governance, roadmap, and support for GTM/CX applications and Salesforce. Design and deliver integrations, own Tray.io middleware, ensure data integrity and SOX/ITGC compliance, drive change management, and provide escalation support for application issues.

Protect enterprise users, assets, and locations by investigating threats and malware, implementing DLP and SIEM detections, securing SaaS and endpoints, hardening configurations, driving vulnerability remediation, automating alerts and reporting, participating in on-call incident response, and mentoring junior engineers.

Design, implement, and scale production ML components and data pipelines using robust software engineering practices. Collaborate with customers and product teams to generalize use cases into platform features, deploy ML models to production, and maintain infrastructure (Kubernetes, Airflow, Terraform) and data services (BigQuery). Mentor teammates, write well-tested type-hinted code, and support successful customer implementations.

Build and optimize an ultrafast full‑stack application that processes massive real‑time and batch data to generate analytics, reports, and automated decisioning. Improve query performance and cost, work on distributed systems and microservices, and deliver excellent front‑end user experiences at scale.

As an Engineering Manager for the Email team, you'll lead development, manage infrastructure for personalized emails, and oversee architectural decisions. You'll also recruit and mentor engineers while collaborating with product and design teams to enhance features and scale operations.

As a Senior Software Engineer at Braze, you'll develop in-product messaging features, improve system performance, and guide architectural decisions. Strong technical leadership and full-stack experience are essential.
