Lead and coordinate mechanical building systems projects for commercial tenant fit-outs. Responsibilities include HVAC and plumbing design, technical supervision, stakeholder coordination, site surveys, construction cost and schedule monitoring, specifications and technical reports, client relationship management, proposal support, and site supervision assistance. The role requires a mechanical engineering degree, seven years of consulting experience, PEO membership, knowledge of Canadian codes and permitting, and strong communication, organizational, and mentoring skills.

Lead the design and technical oversight of building mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, hydronic, fire protection, and energy-efficient systems. Coordinate multidisciplinary projects, support budgets, schedules, construction administration, commissioning, and quality control. Develop client relationships and business opportunities across Southwestern Ontario while mentoring junior staff and contributing to regional market growth.
