Manage and optimize CRM campaigns across email, onsite content, push notifications, and promotions to improve customer retention and player value. Build, test, QA, and deploy compliant, mobile-responsive campaigns; manage website and app content; create campaign imagery; conduct A/B testing; monitor KPIs; and provide recommendations using customer segmentation and personalization. Collaborate with CRM and analytics teams while following email marketing best practices and regulatory requirements.

Supports compliance across the product and platform lifecycle, including responsible gaming, AML activities, regulatory submissions, reporting, regulator communications, platform certifications, audits, policies, and compliance monitoring. The role researches North American gaming regulations, coordinates with clients and cross-functional teams, maintains documentation, and helps implement compliance best practices. It requires strong organization, communication, research, analytical, and Microsoft Office skills, plus eligibility for gaming commission licensing and background checks.

Manage AML and regulatory compliance programs across regulated gaming markets in Canada and the United States. Oversee AML policies, controls, KYC/CDD/EDD processes, fraud monitoring, suspicious activity investigations, SAR/STR reporting, audits, regulatory examinations, remediation, training, and regulator relationships. Lead the SAR/STR committee and collaborate with Legal, Payments, Fraud, Risk, and other stakeholders to interpret regulations and implement compliant business processes.

The Senior Web Developer will design and implement mobile gaming applications using HTML5, Angular, and other technologies in a high-performance environment.
