Lead architecture, build, and scale a Databricks lakehouse: design batch/streaming pipelines, enforce governance with Unity Catalog, optimize Spark workloads, operationalize ML (MLflow), manage cloud/IaC, mentor engineers, and partner with stakeholders on roadmap and security/compliance.

Serve as the platform consultant for CDP implementations (primarily Adobe RTCDP), lead discovery and requirements gathering, translate business needs into technical CDP specifications, define activation strategies across channels, support implementation and enablement, and ensure data governance and security/privacy compliance to drive measurable marketing outcomes.
