Lead Boundless Life’s global community strategy and team, owning the family journey from onboarding through post-cohort engagement. Build belonging, engagement rituals, community-led experiences, scalable playbooks, and technology-enabled processes across destinations. Partner with Product, Operations, Education, Marketing, and Sales to improve community satisfaction, participation, retention, and advocacy. Oversee community platforms, automation, AI support, local Community Hosts, partnerships, moderation, performance metrics, and continuous experience improvement.

Lead full-cycle international recruiting with emphasis on sourcing educators: intake, sourcing, structured interviews, ATS management, AI-enabled sourcing and screening, pipeline building, candidate experience, employer branding, and hiring-manager partnership to meet quality and SLA targets.
