Provide advanced technical support to developers using an AI model platform. Troubleshoot API, SDK, billing, authentication, and web application issues through chat and email; investigate usage and credit data with SQL; document solutions; maintain knowledge bases and SOPs; identify recurring issues; and collaborate with engineering and product teams on escalations and bug reports.

Serves as the primary contact for travel customers across phone, chat, email, and social channels. Handles pre- and post-booking questions, converts inquiries into bookings, supports local hosts, resolves platform and booking issues, meets response-time SLAs, documents and escalates problems, and shares customer insights. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, travel or hospitality experience, sales KPI achievement, and customer-focused problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Manages commercial credit risk across the invoice-to-cash cycle by assessing customer creditworthiness, recommending limits and payment terms, reviewing fraud and order holds, monitoring portfolio exposure, and documenting decisions for audit and ASC 606 compliance. Partners with Sales, Collections, Deal Desk, Accounting, and Legal while improving credit policies, procedures, reporting, and tooling.
