Leads strategy, business management, portfolio governance, resource planning, and delivery across digital asset market infrastructure initiatives. Oversees strategic programs, roadmaps, financials, risks, dependencies, executive reporting, and operating rhythms. Coordinates Product, Engineering, Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, and Commercial teams while improving organizational effectiveness. Requires extensive product or technical product management experience, digital asset custody expertise, technical fluency, blockchain knowledge, and experience delivering secure, resilient platforms in regulated environments.

The Vice President, Entity Controller owns accounting, financial reporting, regulatory reporting, tax calculations, and month-end and quarter-end close activities for assigned legal entities. The role performs financial statement preparation, balance sheet and income statement analysis, audit support, regulatory impact assessments, and governance oversight. It also leads process improvements involving automation, standardization, Power BI, and AI-enabled tools while partnering with Finance, Tax, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, and Operations.
