The role performs financial statement preparation, balance sheet and income statement analysis, audit support, regulatory impact assessments, and governance oversight. It also leads process improvements involving automation, standardization, Power BI, and AI-enabled tools while partnering with Finance, Tax, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, and Operations.

Leads the Corporate Actions team, ensuring timely and accurate execution of corporate actions processes. Develops operational efficiency and compliance strategies, collaborates across departments, analyzes data for decisions and process improvements, manages stakeholder relationships, and mentors team members.
