Lead the engineering organization for BlueCat’s Network Observability product line. Own technical strategy, architecture, roadmap, delivery, and operational excellence for data-intensive network monitoring platforms spanning SaaS and on-premise deployments. Build AI-driven observability capabilities, modernize legacy systems, establish engineering standards, and develop distributed teams. Partner with product, executive leadership, customers, sales, and support to achieve business goals and resolve strategic technical issues.

Lead pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy across on-prem, SaaS, and appliance products. Own product line performance, market and competitive analysis, forecasting, and pricing governance. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations to guide subscription and consumption transitions, support complex enterprise deals, and deliver executive reporting to inform portfolio investment decisions.
