Lead a multidisciplinary team to develop rugged, compact satellite ground RF gateways from concept through high-volume production. Define system architecture across RF, digital, power, thermal, mechanical, and firmware domains; drive design for manufacturability, supplier qualification, and transfer to contract manufacturers; own system integration, validation, reliability, and embedded software features; manage external partners; and build engineering processes and a high-performing team.

Lead end-to-end signal integrity for high-speed digital and RF systems up to ~70 GHz: perform 3D EM and circuit simulations, define PCB stackups, develop IBIS‑AMI models, design calibration/de‑embedding structures, run VNA/TDR measurements, correlate simulation with hardware, troubleshoot reflections/resonances/crosstalk, and produce documentation for cross‑functional teams.

Provide receptionist and office management support for the Cupertino location: greet visitors, manage badging and security protocols, maintain common areas and supplies, coordinate meetings, catering, and building services, and deliver administrative support to business units.
