Oversees scope, schedules, budgets, procurement, contracts, construction, commissioning, safety, quality, customer relationships, and project financial performance. Directs multidisciplinary teams and vendors, manages risks and changes, supports feasibility and business development activities, establishes project governance, and mentors project delivery staff. Projects include HVAC, central utility plants, building automation, energy storage, solar, and on-site generation systems.
