Owns the customer evaluation process throughout the sales cycle by demonstrating, testing, configuring, and supporting Blackline Safety products and web portal solutions. Responsibilities include preparing field-testing scopes, training prospects, analyzing results, preparing customer reports, coordinating demo-device shipments, and providing technical support. The role partners with sales managers and distribution partners while managing multiple projects and adapting solutions to customer needs.

Designs, builds, and maintains scalable batch and real-time data pipelines supporting an IoT safety ecosystem. The role manages ETL/ELT processes, data lakes, warehouses, lakehouses, orchestration, monitoring, data quality, and observability. It partners with product, engineering, analytics, and data science teams to deliver reliable data services, productionize models, and shape long-term data platform architecture using AWS and modern infrastructure practices.

Generate and qualify new business opportunities across North America through high-volume outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. Schedule discovery calls and demos, document activity in HubSpot, meet pipeline and activity targets, track KPIs, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Channel Partners. Represent the company at industry events.
