The Client Implementation Coordinator manages client implementations, gathers requirements, conducts training, and ensures successful deployment of Blackline's technology solutions.

Design, test, and optimize electrical architecture, schematics, and PCB/FPC layouts for connected gas-detection and lone-worker safety devices. Lead prototype bring-up, debugging, functional verification and reliability testing. Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, manufacturing and quality teams, select components, resolve electrical issues, and support system-level integration and production readiness.

Lead electrical architecture, schematic design, PCB/FPC layout oversight, and system integration for gas-detection and lone-worker safety devices. Collaborate across mechanical, firmware, manufacturing and quality teams, drive issue diagnosis and verification, and communicate project status. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support volume production and regulatory/compliance considerations.

Generate and qualify new business opportunities across North America through high-volume outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. Schedule discovery calls and demos, document activity in HubSpot, meet pipeline and activity targets, track KPIs, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Channel Partners. Represent the company at industry events.

Manage end-to-end customer evaluations and field tests of Blackline Safety products. Configure accounts, train and support potential customers, collect and analyze test data, prepare reports, and coordinate demo logistics to prove product value during the sales cycle.
