Responsible for billing and cost control: coding and reconciling payments in JD Edwards, accurate invoicing, supporting A/R and A/P documentation, coordinating billing team tasks, assisting forecasts and collections, managing client communications, and performing administrative documentation control in a fast-paced environment.

Provide administrative and regional support to the Corporate HSE team, maintain HSE management system documentation and subcontractor prequalification portals, organize meetings and training records, assist with reports, system monitoring, and HSE communications, and support continuous improvement of health, safety and environmental processes.

Support project and operations teams on service projects: scheduling, milestone tracking, documentation, estimating support, client and contractor coordination, safety and compliance, site attendance, photo documentation, and project closeout activities.
