Own a regional territory and generate new B2B business for planned maintenance and service agreements. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, facility stakeholder discovery, operational audits, financial value selling, proposal development, contract negotiation, CRM pipeline management, forecasting, and account handoff. The role requires regular regional travel, consultative sales skills, business and financial acumen, and the ability to sell recurring contractual services to commercial, industrial, and institutional clients.

Coordinates construction and facilities management projects by supporting budgets, schedules, status reporting, subcontractor and technician oversight, service-call dispatch, site inspections, work audits, change orders, safety and quality compliance, client communications, and project closeout documentation. The role assists Facility and Project Managers in ensuring work meets contract requirements and supports preventative maintenance integration.
