Coordinates maintenance work performed under Work Protection Permits in a nuclear power-generation environment. Supports Holders of Record, tracks work completion, ensures proper work disposition and permit closeout, assists with surrender documentation, maintains logs, and coordinates testing, lockout activities, and restoration. The role supports complex, multi-task permits involving multiple trade groups and extensive testing while requiring strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and adaptability.

Ensures worker and equipment safety during power-generation outages, projects, and modifications by verifying isolations, de-energization, and compliance with Work Protection procedures. Reviews procedures with workers, authorizes work, provides oversight and coaching, tracks schedules and training, verifies task documentation, and monitors required bioassays. The role requires strong communication, organization, analytical judgment, and adaptability, along with trade experience and client security clearance.

Supports Project Managers in planning, scheduling, coordinating, and controlling utility construction projects involving overhead electrical lines. Responsibilities include safety and quality oversight, cost tracking, estimating, contract administration, quantity take-offs, progress reporting, document control, vendor coordination, procurement, and monitoring project schedules. The role requires interpreting electrical and construction drawings, managing field information, and maintaining client, supplier, and subcontractor relationships.
