Lead implementation of the Quality Program on client sites, supervise QC inspectors, perform inspections/tests, prepare Inspection & Test Plans and Manufacturer's Data Reports, manage non-conformances, liaise with regulatory/inspection agencies, ensure compliance with nuclear codes, and support safety and QA processes.

Lead source surveillance and supplier quality management for pressure boundary components. Review and approve supplier quality plans, inspection/test plans, and fabrication records. Identify and resolve nonconformances, collaborate with procurement to enforce technical/code requirements, validate supplier capability, participate in audits and corrective actions, and produce QA site estimates.

Manage proposal timelines, coordinate SMEs and corporate contributors, develop and edit technical and commercial content, ensure compliance with terms and quality standards, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and produce final submission packages.

Lead endpoint engineering and security for ~5,000 devices with expert Microsoft Intune focus. Own architecture, baselines, compliance, patching, vulnerability remediation, automation, and incident escalation. Partner with security, infrastructure, risk, and audit to maintain audit readiness, enforce conditional access and app control, and mentor support teams to improve endpoint reliability and security.

Conduct prospect research and cold calling to generate new facilities-services revenue. Qualify client needs, prepare proposals and contracts, price agreements, update CRM, attend sales meetings, support start-up meetings, and collaborate with internal teams to close service agreements for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and facility management.

Lead adoption and integration of construction and utility technology platforms (e.g., Procore, ERP) into project delivery. Manage roadmaps, governance, training, integrations, and KPIs. Partner with project managers and field teams to coordinate scheduling, documentation, onboarding, and process improvements. Champion practical AI/ML solutions and automation, ensuring compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 while driving stakeholder engagement and change management.

Prepare and issue customer invoices, reconcile payments and purchase orders in JD Edwards, update monthly/quarterly job reports against budget and forecasts, assist with job forecasts and productivity data entry, support AR/AP documentation, and perform other accounting tasks with strong accuracy and communication.
