Support facilities management projects by assisting project managers with planning, contracts, progress reporting, procurement, timesheets, document control, scheduling, fleet/equipment and office management, and change management while maintaining stakeholder relationships.

Support project accounting by analyzing costs, identifying budget variances, updating forecasts, entering productivity data, preparing and following up on customer invoices, reconciling purchase orders and payments in JD Edwards, and supporting AR/AP documentation. Attend job cost review meetings and perform ad hoc duties with accuracy and strong organizational skills.

Lead monthly and quarterly FP&A deliverables, manage and coach two analysts, standardize templates and workflows, prepare executive-ready reporting and variance analysis, support long-range planning, BI integration, OneStream enhancements, and provide backup treasury support.

Provide administrative support for facility operations: timesheets, expenses, inventory control, vendor coordination, purchase orders, CMMS work order monitoring, reporting, compliance documentation, audits, and general office administration.

Responsible for full accounts payable cycle: high-volume invoice data entry and matching, weekly disbursements (cheque/EFT), vendor account management, month-end reconciliations, cost coding, responding to inquiries, cashflow prioritization, and support for year-end accruals and audits.

Responsible for billing and cost control: coding and reconciling payments in JD Edwards, accurate invoicing, supporting A/R and A/P documentation, coordinating billing team tasks, assisting forecasts and collections, managing client communications, and performing administrative documentation control in a fast-paced environment.

Process end-to-end hourly unionized payroll including direct deposits, new hires, terminations and ROEs. Work with unions to update wage schedules and reconciliations. Respond to payroll inquiries and prepare year-end filings (T4, RL1, T2200). Maintain accurate records and meet payroll deadlines.

Lead implementation of the Quality Program on client sites, supervise QC inspectors, perform inspections/tests, prepare Inspection & Test Plans and Manufacturer's Data Reports, manage non-conformances, liaise with regulatory/inspection agencies, ensure compliance with nuclear codes, and support safety and QA processes.

Lead source surveillance and supplier quality management for pressure boundary components. Review and approve supplier quality plans, inspection/test plans, and fabrication records. Identify and resolve nonconformances, collaborate with procurement to enforce technical/code requirements, validate supplier capability, participate in audits and corrective actions, and produce QA site estimates.

Lead adoption and integration of construction and utility technology platforms (e.g., Procore, ERP) into project delivery. Manage roadmaps, governance, training, integrations, and KPIs. Partner with project managers and field teams to coordinate scheduling, documentation, onboarding, and process improvements. Champion practical AI/ML solutions and automation, ensuring compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 while driving stakeholder engagement and change management.

Manage planning, coordination, execution, and commissioning of HV/MV substation EPC projects. Oversee budgets, schedules, resources, quality, safety, stakeholder communications, risk mitigation, and project handover. Provide team leadership and support daily departmental operations.
