The role requires interpreting electrical and construction drawings, managing field information, and maintaining client, supplier, and subcontractor relationships.

Processes high-volume accounts payable transactions, including invoice data entry, purchase order matching, vendor reconciliation, payment disbursements, cost coding, and general ledger reconciliation. Manages vendor inquiries, prioritizes payments for cash-flow management, supports month-end and year-end accruals, and assists with audits. The role requires advanced Excel skills, ERP experience, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Coordinates construction and facilities management projects by supporting budgets, schedules, status reporting, subcontractor and technician oversight, service-call dispatch, site inspections, work audits, change orders, safety and quality compliance, client communications, and project closeout documentation. The role assists Facility and Project Managers in ensuring work meets contract requirements and supports preventative maintenance integration.

Manage commercial, industrial, institutional, and property management accounts across the Greater Toronto Area. Build long-term client relationships, retain and grow accounts, generate recurring service revenue, identify business opportunities, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales. Provide consultative technical guidance on HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, BAS, energy efficiency, maintenance, repairs, retrofits, and modernization. Coordinate with internal teams to transition sold work into successful service delivery.

Provide administrative and regional support to the Corporate HSE team, maintain HSE management system documentation and subcontractor prequalification portals, organize meetings and training records, assist with reports, system monitoring, and HSE communications, and support continuous improvement of health, safety and environmental processes.

Provide administrative support for facility operations: timesheets, expenses, inventory control, vendor coordination, purchase orders, CMMS work order monitoring, reporting, compliance documentation, audits, and general office administration.

Lead implementation of the Quality Program on client sites, supervise QC inspectors, perform inspections/tests, prepare Inspection & Test Plans and Manufacturer's Data Reports, manage non-conformances, liaise with regulatory/inspection agencies, ensure compliance with nuclear codes, and support safety and QA processes.

Lead source surveillance and supplier quality management for pressure boundary components. Review and approve supplier quality plans, inspection/test plans, and fabrication records. Identify and resolve nonconformances, collaborate with procurement to enforce technical/code requirements, validate supplier capability, participate in audits and corrective actions, and produce QA site estimates.
