Build teams, processes, and capabilities; research markets and products; drive projects from planning through execution; identify operational improvements and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Work directly with founders to drive zero-to-one strategic projects for a finance super app: market entry, licensing, partnerships, operations, and cross-functional execution. Research markets and regulations, create structured plans, trackers, memos, and operating documents, and own urgent business problems through to resolution.

Run full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and regions: take briefs, source (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals), screen, interview, manage ATS, build pipelines, close roles quickly, and improve hiring processes and employer brand.
