Lead ownership of an AI-native, real-time yard operating platform end-to-end. Provide technical vision, architecture ownership, and hands-on engineering leadership to scale systems integrating cameras, sensors, AI streams, TMS/WMS, and operator workflows. Drive product-first thinking, rigorous engineering practices, and measurable improvements to how teams write, review, and ship code.

Full‑stack software intern working on production features using AI-assisted development tools. Ship end-to-end features, prototype and iterate rapidly, collaborate with product and hardware teams, participate in planning and design reviews, and receive hands-on mentorship. Must be in-person for the summer term in Mississauga.

The Software Solution Architect will design and oversee software development initiatives, ensure alignment with company goals, and provide technical guidance to teams.
