The role requires handling high-volume and difficult-to-fill positions while meeting legal, operational, and business requirements.

Leads Eastern Canada's Digital Services Support team, overseeing technical escalations, workload allocation, service delivery, staffing, coaching, and customer satisfaction. Provides hands-on IT support leadership across offices, project sites, and executive locations. Coordinates deployments, office openings, asset management, ServiceNow adoption, continuous improvement, governance, and collaboration with infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, procurement, and leadership teams. Reports operational metrics, risks, service trends, and resource needs while ensuring compliance with IT standards and security requirements.

Coordinates end-to-end proposal development and submission, including RFP distribution, content management, deadlines, reviews, editing, compliance, stakeholder input, and final delivery. Tracks proposal outcomes, supports debriefs, maintains marketing databases and project information, updates resumes and project sheets, and ensures consistent branding and quality across submissions. The role also supports marketing tactics and business development initiatives while managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
