The HSE Lead is responsible for leading the improvement of the HSE Management Program in a large transit project, ensuring compliance, conducting audits, and providing leadership and mentorship to the project HSE team.

Execute full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for the Industrial East division; source candidates, manage ATS (Workday), track TA metrics, build relationships with business leaders, agencies and universities, ensure compliant staffing documentation, and support hiring planning and general employment inquiries.

Oversee and administer the Bird Safety Program across assigned projects: monitor compliance, maintain incident records, conduct orientations, site inspections, toolbox talks, assist investigations, support COR program administration, and advise on safety matters for proposals and project startups.
