Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for designated project sites, including sourcing, candidate screening, hiring team coordination, employment inquiries, ATS documentation, and recruitment metrics. Build relationships with business leaders, People & Culture, agencies, associations, and universities. Support talent acquisition strategies and candidate marketing programs while ensuring timely staffing, legal compliance, and a positive candidate experience.

Supports learning operations, including ServiceNow inquiries, Workday Learning administration, SharePoint resources, documentation, virtual sessions, reporting, communications, and learning collateral. Translates learning data into actionable insights, creates visual and written materials, coordinates vendors, troubleshoots LMS issues, and identifies process improvements. The role requires strong organization, analytical ability, communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.

Accurately reviews, codes, indexes, and matches supplier and subcontractor invoices in OnBase and Viewpoint. The role reconciles vendor statements, identifies discrepancies, maintains digital invoice records, assists with reports and account reconciliation, and communicates with project teams, vendors, and clients. It also provides administrative support to finance, operations, and project teams while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
