Manage contract administration for multiple industrial construction projects: review prime contracts, manage subcontracts, prepare change orders, mitigate claims and risks, conduct bid analysis, track deliverables, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and develop district/company contract processes and training.

Support Project Managers and Superintendents by coordinating safety, quality, scheduling, cost controls, documentation, subcontractor communication, meetings, and final document turnover for commercial/institutional construction projects.

Support project execution by maintaining project documents and schedules, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, preparing meeting minutes, tracking progress and payments, managing RFIs/changes, and keeping the Project Manager informed to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and client turnover.
