The HSE Lead is responsible for leading the improvement of the HSE Management Program in a large transit project, ensuring compliance, conducting audits, and providing leadership and mentorship to the project HSE team.

Coordinate and supervise consultant teams, develop QA and schedule controls, ensure contractual and regulatory compliance, manage budgets, report to senior management, liaise with clients and authorities, and support business development and project execution.

Create and share authentic visual and written stories from project sites to strengthen employer brand and support recruitment. Plan, shoot, and edit photos and videos, conduct interviews, develop narratives and internal/external communications, measure performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to produce on-brand content that highlights people, projects, and culture.

Lead development and implementation of the Document Management framework and Plan. Receive, track, audit, and quality-check project documentation; onboard and train project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders; support system rollouts and reporting to ensure compliance and data integrity.

Lead and coordinate proposal development and submissions, manage RFP/RFPQ processes, centralize and edit proposal content, liaise with internal teams and external vendors, ensure quality/compliance, maintain marketing/project files and resumes, track outcomes and implement continuous improvements.

The Quality Director oversees quality assurance for construction projects, ensuring compliance with standards through inspections, audits, and team collaboration.

The Contract Administrator Lead manages contract negotiation, administration, and compliance for civil infrastructure projects, ensuring risk mitigation and communication with stakeholders.

The Senior Project Coordinator will assist Project Managers in coordinating project requirements, managing budgets, schedules, and communications with clients and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Lead enterprise data, analytics, AI, automation, and information governance. Define strategy and roadmap, modernize data platforms (lakehouse/Azure Databricks), establish AI and automation capabilities, enforce governance/MDM (Semarchy), deliver BI/Power BI and predictive solutions, run Automation CoE, drive data literacy, and build a high-performing cross-functional team.

Support and administer the project Quality Assurance Program: perform daily site inspections, maintain traceability and quality documentation, implement CAR/NCRs, support Project Quality Plans and ITPs, review subcontractor quality deliverables, and coordinate inspections with clients and subcontractors.

Support Project Manager and Site Superintendent to coordinate site-based delivery of the York Biofuel Facility. Manage Last Planner System activities, RFIs, submittals, schedules, cost reporting, subcontract administration, VDC coordination, constructability and logistics, deficiency tracking, and stakeholder communication to maintain safety, quality, schedule, and cost control.

Coordinate project production needs with Project Manager and Superintendent: maintain documents, schedules, cost controls, liaise with architects/subcontractors, prepare meetings/minutes, review progress payments, and support project turnover while managing project issues and communications.

Lead analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation of learning solutions across modalities. Partner with stakeholders and vendors, produce on-brand assets, manage projects end-to-end, mentor peers, and drive adoption and continuous improvement.

Coordinate BIM/VDC for a large transit project: maintain and QA 3D models, run clash detection and track resolutions in Revizto, produce 3D/4D logistics and visualizations, perform model-based takeoffs, process reality capture, liaise with stakeholders, identify risks, and define VDC scopes and trainings.

Oversee and administer the Bird Safety Program and monitor safety compliance on assigned construction projects. Conduct inspections, audits, risk assessments, support safety training, investigate incidents, maintain safety records, engage workers to promote safety culture, and support HSE administrative tasks while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Lead site-based delivery of a large, complex nuclear construction project, overseeing safety, quality, schedule, cost, risk, project controls and stakeholder alignment. Provide senior leadership to project teams, trade partners and consultants; drive construction strategy, sequencing, logistics and resourcing; maintain project health metrics and KPIs; ensure compliance, champion safety culture, and mentor project staff.

Lead project accounting for large construction projects: manage WIP, percentage-of-completion forecasting, revenue recognition, invoicing, cost reconciliation, month/quarter/year-end close, financial reporting (IFRS), audits, cash collection and profitability monitoring while collaborating with project teams and stakeholders.
