Lead HR strategy and day-to-day people operations for a large downtown Toronto infrastructure project. Validate BMS/EPMS/SCADA configurations, confirm operator interfaces, document IST results, and coordinate vendor-supplied control panels to ensure integrated power, cooling, and life-safety behavior meets design intent and owner requirements.

Oversee and administer the Bird Safety Program and monitor safety compliance on assigned construction projects. Conduct inspections, audits, risk assessments, support safety training, investigate incidents, maintain safety records, engage workers to promote safety culture, and support HSE administrative tasks while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Lead site-based delivery of a large, complex nuclear construction project, overseeing safety, quality, schedule, cost, risk, project controls and stakeholder alignment. Provide senior leadership to project teams, trade partners and consultants; drive construction strategy, sequencing, logistics and resourcing; maintain project health metrics and KPIs; ensure compliance, champion safety culture, and mentor project staff.

Coordinate and administer the Quality Assurance Program for electrical and communications construction projects. Perform site quality audits, support nonconformity resolution, lead kickoff and validation reviews, manage quality records and PMS procedures, develop Inspection and Test Plans, investigate client complaints, and recommend process improvements to assure compliance with project requirements.

Manage contract administration for multiple industrial construction projects: review prime contracts, manage subcontracts, prepare change orders, mitigate claims and risks, conduct bid analysis, track deliverables, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and develop district/company contract processes and training.

Support Project Managers and Superintendents by coordinating safety, quality, scheduling, cost controls, documentation, subcontractor communication, meetings, and final document turnover for commercial/institutional construction projects.

Support project execution by maintaining project documents and schedules, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, preparing meeting minutes, tracking progress and payments, managing RFIs/changes, and keeping the Project Manager informed to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and client turnover.

The QA/QC Lead will oversee quality assurance and control on construction projects, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations while coordinating with teams and managing inspections.
