Coaches remote engineers, builds cross-regional coverage, and communicates operational health to leadership.

Sells Bio-Rad life science research consumables and capital equipment to academic, government, and biotech laboratories across British Columbia. Manages existing accounts and prospects, qualifies leads, conducts product demonstrations and training, develops territory business plans, tracks opportunities in Salesforce, and coordinates pre- and post-sale customer support. The role requires frequent field activity, overnight travel, technical life sciences knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to meet sales and profitability objectives.
