Supports recruitment coordination and administration across Canada and the United States. Responsibilities include posting jobs, maintaining ATS records and recruitment trackers, conducting phone screens, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, supporting reference checks, preparing recruitment reports, reviewing resumes, and assisting with co-op, campus recruitment, career fairs, and hiring events.

Owns end-to-end product design, including user research, workflow definition, wireframes, prototyping, validation, and polished UI. Collaborates with product managers, engineers, and customers to simplify complex workflows and advocate for user needs. The role also involves building a scalable design system, contributing to product strategy, and integrating AI tools into the design process.

Design and develop electro-mechanical hardware from concept through mass production. Responsibilities include creating SolidWorks designs, prototyping with 3D printers and machine shops, assembling prototypes, conducting verification, validation, and environmental testing, integrating mechanical and electrical systems, supporting certification, creating production documentation, training assembly personnel, and resolving root-cause issues across development and production.
