Lead and build a hands-on data science and analytics function for a live-service gaming company. Own analysis (SQL, Python/R), dashboards, KPIs, experimentation, data quality, pipelines, and executive reporting. Partner across product, ops, marketing, finance and engineering. Implement AI-driven analytics, automation, and copilots, then hire and scale a high-performing team while establishing governance and responsible AI practices.

Develop and maintain live-service game clients and occasional backend work. Ship features in TypeScript/HTML5/JavaScript and PHP, work with sockets and REST APIs, diagnose performance with profilers, fix production bugs, participate in code reviews, and follow CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions, Docker).

Hands-on senior engineer responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining gameplay features, tools, and live-service systems. Debug and optimize performance, work on client-server and real-time systems, integrate tooling into pipelines, support production environments, mentor developers, participate in code reviews, and collaborate cross-functionally to modernize long-lived game codebases.

Build and own end-to-end AI-enabled internal tools and workflows for game content production. Design data models, backend services, APIs, orchestration, human-in-the-loop review, and UIs. Implement reliable, observable systems with approval gates, retries, audit trails, and staged processing. Partner with cross-functional teams to turn ambiguous goals into production-ready solutions and maintain high quality, maintainability, and engineering standards.

Design, maintain, and modernize cloud infrastructure and automation for live-service games. Improve CI/CD, IaC, observability, secrets management, data pipeline reliability, and incident response while balancing uptime with modernization. Support AI-enabled tooling, cost management, and create runbooks and SOPs for production ownership.

Perform hands-on analytics for live-service games: analyze player behavior, retention, monetization, and economy health; build and maintain dashboards; write complex SQL workflows; partner across product, live ops, finance, and engineering; run experiments and modeling; define KPIs and improve data quality; present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Lead the product strategy and roadmap for FishWorld, driving growth, retention, monetization, experimentation, and multi-platform evolution. Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze player behavior, run A/B tests, modernize live operations, apply AI/automation, and build repeatable product processes to deliver measurable outcomes.
