Entry-level role in a Remote Command Centre monitoring Building Automation Systems (BAS). Triage alarms, log and manage work orders, dispatch requests, monitor dashboards, document actions, and learn BAS/HVAC concepts under supervision as preparation for RCC Operating Technologist I.

Lead operations for facility management across client accounts, overseeing work order lifecycle, vendor and team performance, SLAs, client escalations, emergency preparedness, regulatory compliance, procurement collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead account strategy and operations for client portfolios, drive client satisfaction and growth, manage financials and compliance, and develop high-performing, inclusive teams while delivering facility management solutions.
