Provides end-user and application support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Invoicing, Payables, Procurement, and Financials. Troubleshoots incidents, manages access, scheduled processes, integrations, reporting, system changes, testing, quarterly updates, UAT, documentation, audit evidence, and user training. The specialist works with business users, IT teams, vendors, and functional analysts to resolve issues, improve processes, and maintain service-level commitments.

Provides analytical support for capital planning and strategic asset management. Maintains capital plans, budgets, project requests, asset data, dashboards, and reporting systems. Analyzes building condition assessments, develops project scopes and high-level cost estimates, supports KPI and contract deliverables, improves processes, and trains users on business tools and procedures.
