Lead delivery of workplace solutions (drawing & occupancy management, space planning, MAC & relocations, furniture services). Manage teams, schedules, budgets, vendors and client relationships. Develop proposals, costing, delivery models and continuous improvement; ensure projects meet scope, budget, timelines and regulatory/H&S requirements while supporting business development and client satisfaction.

Lead and support strategic sourcing projects including RFXs, supplier negotiation, contract development, supplier performance measurement, vendor qualification, and category strategy. Produce financial analyses and MS Office communications, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver cost savings and process improvements.

Lead administration and maintenance of data center, network, server, and cloud IaaS infrastructure (Windows and Linux). Perform upgrades, patches, backups, DR planning and testing. Act as Tier 2/3 escalation, provide after-hours support, monitor security events, manage identity/access, SAN/cloud storage, and messaging systems. Drive improvements, document processes, mentor junior staff, and support Azure/AWS/VMware virtualization and cloud networking.
