Designs and manages multiple electrical engineering projects for buildings and facilities, including power distribution, lighting, controls, emergency power, life-safety systems, fire alarms, EV charging, and renewable energy systems. Coordinates CAD deliverables, authorities, budgets, specifications, estimates, and reports from project initiation through completion. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and mentors engineers while supporting quality control, design standards, and process improvements.

Provides financial and accounting support across multiple client portfolios and business units. Responsibilities include month-end close, revenue recognition, journal entries, reconciliations, project profitability analysis, forecasting, job costing, variance reporting, accounts receivable investigation, and process improvement. The role requires advanced Excel skills, knowledge of GAAP and percentage-of-completion accounting, accounting systems expertise, and a completed accounting designation program such as CPA, CMA, or CGA.

Designs and manages mechanical engineering projects involving HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, and building automation upgrades. Responsibilities include project scope, budgets, CAD deliverables, client coordination, feasibility studies, construction administration, code compliance, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Provides technical leadership, mentorship, quality-control support, and recommendations for existing facilities. Requires independent project delivery, client communication, professional engineering licensure in Ontario, and travel throughout Ontario and potentially North America.
