Supports the Trust & Assurance program by assessing vendors, responding to security questionnaires, collecting compliance evidence, tracking projects, maintaining policies and procedures, coordinating stakeholder requests, supporting security awareness training, and assisting with audits. The role requires familiarity with security and privacy frameworks, project coordination, documentation, Microsoft Office, and cross-functional communication in a cybersecurity SaaS environment.

Lead the evolution of the Password Safe platform and infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments. Design highly available systems, optimize platform services, standardize CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices, and establish GitOps workflows. Build observability, SLOs, chaos engineering, and disaster recovery capabilities. Serve as a technical leader by defining SRE strategy, mentoring engineers, conducting design and incident reviews, and influencing the engineering roadmap.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for AI security capabilities across the Pathfinder platform. Serve as the internal expert on agentic AI threats, identity security, and emerging attack techniques. Define requirements for securing AI agents, MCP servers, and orchestration frameworks; conduct market and competitive research; lead design partner programs; coordinate cross-portfolio product work; and support analyst, customer, marketing, and pre-sales engagements.
