Execute IT audits covering IT general controls, including access security, change management, IT operations, and system development life cycle controls. Conduct risk assessments, walkthroughs, interviews, control testing, evidence reviews, and sampling. Evaluate control design and operating effectiveness, identify deficiencies and risks, and assess the impact of technology control issues on financial reporting systems and ICFR.

Provides onsite application and helpdesk support to end users, resolving IT, website, and digital system issues. Uses IVR software and digital tracking tools to manage inquiries, escalates complex issues to technical teams, documents findings, and communicates solutions to technical and nontechnical users. Requires strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and English/French communication skills for bilingual agents.

Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and critical-path analyses for large transportation and civil construction projects. Support bid and baseline schedules, monitor progress, identify schedule risks, analyze delays and recommend recovery strategies, and assist with claims management. Coordinate with project, engineering, commercial, and subcontractor teams, conduct progress reviews, and keep accurate schedule updates throughout the project lifecycle.
