Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and critical-path analyses for large transportation and civil construction projects. Support bid and baseline schedules, monitor progress, identify schedule risks, analyze delays and recommend recovery strategies, and assist with claims management. Coordinate with project, engineering, commercial, and subcontractor teams, conduct progress reviews, and keep accurate schedule updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Handle inbound calls and emails about building maintenance and services, document interactions, resolve escalated issues, liaise with internal teams, process service requests, and maintain quality and productivity in a high-volume, rotating-shift call centre. Onsite in Toronto; 6-8 week day-shift training.

Design, develop, and modernize cloud-native applications on Azure and GCP. Build APIs, backend and full-stack services with Java, Spring Boot, and TypeScript. Implement CI/CD, containers (Kubernetes/Docker), IaC (Terraform), policy-as-code, observability, and cloud security. Support migrations and participate in Agile/SAFe delivery.
