Coordinates Agile software delivery across stakeholders, maintaining Jira workflows, dashboards, roadmaps, dependencies, Power BI reports, delivery metrics, scorecards, and executive materials. Supports backlog management, Scrum, Kanban, release readiness, and technology change initiatives while collaborating with engineering, architecture, data, and technology leadership teams.

Execute IT audits covering IT general controls, including access security, change management, IT operations, and system development life cycle controls. Conduct risk assessments, walkthroughs, interviews, control testing, evidence reviews, and sampling. Evaluate control design and operating effectiveness, identify deficiencies and risks, and assess the impact of technology control issues on financial reporting systems and ICFR.

Provides onsite application and helpdesk support to end users, resolving IT, website, and digital system issues. Uses IVR software and digital tracking tools to manage inquiries, escalates complex issues to technical teams, documents findings, and communicates solutions to technical and nontechnical users. Requires strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and English/French communication skills for bilingual agents.
