Analyzes distribution-center processes and performance data to identify improvement opportunities. Collaborates with stakeholders, applies Lean Six Sigma methods, performs root-cause analysis, gathers requirements, supports business solution implementation, governs process tools and reports, and drives change adoption across enterprise processes.

Tests, troubleshoots, and processes returned, refurbished, and pre-owned consumer electronics, including laptops, computers, smartphones, gaming products, and wearables. Performs data wiping, factory resets, cleaning, quality checks, documentation, and workflow disposition. Supports warehouse operations such as sorting, picking, pallet assembly, and inventory tracking while following privacy, safety, and operational standards. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and working at least 32 hours weekly during a six-month contract.

Designs and implements industrial automation and distribution center process improvements for Best Buy’s Canadian facilities. Responsibilities include optimizing automation equipment, material handling, fulfillment, reverse logistics, facility layouts, labor models, and technology deployment. The role manages efficiency and waste-reduction projects while collaborating with engineers, analysts, and supply chain specialists. It is hybrid, requiring four days weekly at the Brampton distribution center and one remote day.
