Test and disposition electronic products to determine defects, restore devices to saleable condition, wipe customer data, assist with repairs, maintain documentation and systems, perform material handling (up to 50 lbs), and support workflow and privacy compliance in a fast-paced distribution center.

Test, diagnose, repair, refurbish, and process consumer electronics (smartphones, tablets, computers, gaming devices, wearables). Perform hardware and software troubleshooting, component replacements and soldering, data wiping, grading, and disposition. Ensure repaired units meet quality and privacy standards, maintain workflows and inventory, and support operational and special projects in a fast-paced environment.

Analyze distribution center processes using Lean Six Sigma tools (FMEA, process and value stream mapping), gather requirements, perform root-cause and data analysis, identify system and process improvements, support implementation and change adoption, govern business tools and reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
