Own product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, launches, lifecycle management, voice-of-customer insights, and sales enablement. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Client Success, and Marketing teams to drive product adoption, retention, and revenue. Develop persona-based messaging, launch plans, competitive differentiation, and enablement content for Benevity’s SaaS solutions. This is an 8-month term position.

Develop and execute product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategies, and launch plans for Benevity’s SaaS solutions. Conduct market and customer research, create sales enablement content, advocate for products internally, and collaborate with Product, Sales, Client Success, and Marketing teams to drive adoption, retention, and revenue throughout product lifecycles.

Leads global corporate, indirect, and transfer-pricing tax compliance across Canada, the United States, and Europe. Owns consolidated tax provisions under ASC 740, tax reporting, disclosures, deferred tax strategies, research, and legislative analysis. Provides technical tax guidance, trains business teams, collaborates cross-functionally, and manages strategic tax initiatives. The role requires autonomy in a high-growth SaaS environment and proficiency with NetSuite, CCH iFirm, and Avalara.
