Owns Behavox’s core three-statement and operating financial models, including forecasting, SaaS unit economics, scenarios, sensitivities, and integrated budgets. Builds acquisition valuations and pro forma models, supports diligence, and integrates completed deals. Translates financial and operating metrics into recommendations for leadership, the board, and investors. Uses AI and spreadsheet automation to improve workflows and validation while maintaining financial integrity.

Partners with US and Canada business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, talent development, compensation, and employee relations. Delivers HR programs, interprets workforce metrics, supports post-merger integration, and advises leaders on moderate-to-complex workforce matters while ensuring compliance with employment requirements. Escalates highly complex or high-risk matters to the Principal HR Business Partner.

Maintains financial and operating model components, incorporating actuals, budgets, forecasts, scenarios, and sensitivities. Performs SaaS forecasting, unit economics, variance analysis, business-review reporting, and acquisition-related valuation and pro forma analyses. Uses spreadsheets, AI tools, and automation to improve recurring financial workflows while validating outputs and preserving accuracy. Supports decision-making by explaining performance drivers and evaluating the financial implications of operating choices.
