Owns Behavox’s core three-statement and operating financial models, including accounting logic, forecasting, SaaS unit economics, scenarios, and sensitivity analysis. Builds acquisition valuations, supports diligence, and integrates completed deals into consolidated models. Leads financial analysis for business reviews, diagnoses performance drivers, challenges assumptions, and provides recommendations to senior leadership, the board, and investors. Applies AI and spreadsheet automation to improve workflow efficiency and data validation while maintaining financial judgment and model integrity.

Partners with US and Canadian business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, talent development, compensation, and employee relations. Delivers HR programs, interprets workforce metrics, supports post-merger integration, and advises leaders on employment matters while escalating complex risks. The role operates within global HR frameworks and applicable US and Canadian employment requirements.

Maintains financial and operating model components, incorporating actuals, budgets, forecasts, scenarios, and sensitivities. Produces recurring SaaS forecasts, business-review reporting, variance analysis, and scenario analyses. Supports acquisition evaluation and integration through valuation inputs, pro-forma modeling, and defined transaction analyses. Applies spreadsheet automation and AI tooling to improve recurring financial workflows while validating outputs and maintaining financial accuracy.
