Build AI-native finance systems, automate workflows, and manage a multi-jurisdictional finance team to support growth toward $100M.

Lead architecture and implementation of critical Java-based, cloud-native platform capabilities. Drive system design, deliver high-performance, maintainable code, ensure observability and security, apply AI-assisted engineering, produce design docs, and mentor and hire engineers across cross-functional teams.

Lead strategy, planning, execution and optimization of global third-party and company-owned events to drive pipeline, revenue and brand authority. Own event portfolio, roadmaps, budgets and vendor contracts; design scalable playbooks for executive roundtables and flagship gatherings. Align cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success and Finance, set success metrics (meetings, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence), and analyze performance to continuously improve ROI. Manage end-to-end event operations and global travel as required.
