Partners with US and Canadian business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, employee relations, performance management, talent development, compensation analysis, and HR program delivery. Uses workforce data and HRIS reporting to provide evidence-based recommendations, manages moderate-to-complex employee relations cases, and supports post-merger integration and enterprise HR initiatives while ensuring compliance with applicable employment requirements.

Owns revenue growth across strategic enterprise accounts in regulated financial services. Leads outbound prospecting, complex multi-stakeholder sales, executive value-based selling, negotiations, contracting, forecasting, and CRM management. Retains commercial ownership after signature, partnering with Customer Success on account expansion and renewals. Requires strong knowledge of financial-services buying dynamics, regulatory pressures, enterprise deal economics, and strategic account lifecycle management.

Owns the company’s core three-statement and operating financial models, including accounting logic, SaaS forecasting, scenarios, sensitivities, and integrated budgets. Builds acquisition valuations, due diligence models, pro forma projections, and post-close consolidations. Analyzes financial and SaaS metrics, identifies operating drivers, and develops downside cases and recommendations for leadership, the board, and investors. Also applies AI and spreadsheet automation to improve financial workflows while maintaining data integrity and judgment.

Maintains financial and operating model components, incorporating actuals, budgets, forecasts, scenarios, and sensitivities. Performs SaaS forecasting, unit economics, variance analysis, business-review reporting, and acquisition-related valuation and pro-forma analysis. Uses spreadsheet automation and AI tools to improve recurring workflows while validating outputs for accuracy and financial control. The role supports decision-making by explaining performance drivers and assessing financial implications.
