Lead discovery and roadmap for credit card products, define vision and KPIs, manage intake and prioritization, evaluate vendors and fintech solutions, guide initiatives from concept through launch, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, support Agile delivery, develop product requirements, mitigate delivery risks, and measure post-launch performance to drive member value and portfolio growth.

Lead organizational design strategy and transformation across the enterprise. Develop future-state structures, clarify roles and decision rights, analyze workloads and org data, advise senior leaders, partner with People Business Partners, and drive reorganizations to improve efficiency, accountability, and business outcomes.

Design, implement, and operate hybrid Azure networking (hub/spoke, Virtual WAN, ExpressRoute, VPN). Lead IaC and automation (Terraform, PowerShell), build CI/CD pipelines, improve observability and reliability, enforce governance and security controls, troubleshoot complex issues, mentor engineers, and participate in on-call rotations.
