Execute and operationalize compliance frameworks for the Member and Digital Experience portfolio: review materials for regulatory compliance, maintain controls and inventories, support audits and remediation, manage complaints, conduct regulatory research, participate in PRCI/RCSA, and collaborate cross-functionally to embed compliance into day-to-day operations.

Lead and support business and technology projects from planning through launch. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, maintain project documentation, assist budgeting and vendor coordination, support governance and release activities, and continuously improve delivery practices while receiving mentorship.

Lead and manage complex employee relations cases, advise leaders on corrective actions and separations, design and maintain ER and compliance programs, partner with Legal on audits and litigation, ensure regulatory and audit readiness, analyze ER trends and risks, and improve processes and tools to drive fair, consistent outcomes and strengthen organizational culture.
