Build strategic account plans, develop pipeline, collaborate with branch teams and OEMs, deliver statements of work, meet KPIs, and ensure successful installation and ongoing service.

Lead security integration projects from initiation through completion: plan, schedule, manage budgets, subcontractors, permits, technical installations (access control, video, intrusion), troubleshoot issues, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining stakeholder communication.
