Manage workforce planning and resource allocation across service lines and regions. Schedule and track resources, resolve conflicts, optimize utilization, coordinate staffing for projects, and align employee skills with client engagements. Develop utilization reports using Microsoft Excel and internal databases, support resource management policies, improve allocation processes, liaise with external offices, and train staff on new procedures.

Provides administrative and operational support for CPA student programs, including PERT reporting, education tracking, CPA monitoring, exam results, CFE preparation logistics, orientations, information sessions, communications, and stakeholder follow-ups. Maintains accurate records, coordinates documentation and events, responds to student and mentor inquiries, and supports program reporting and compliance across more than 170 pre-approved programs.

Lead Canadian domestic tax engagements: evaluate client processes, develop proactive tax strategies, prepare and review tax reorganizations and returns, provide technical and project leadership, ensure quality control, build client relationships, and train and develop team members while supporting business growth.
