Provide advisory and operational HR support for the National Tax service line: act as primary HR contact, advise leaders and employees on talent management, employee relations, performance, compensation, workforce planning, inclusion and development; collaborate with COEs and Talent Acquisition, deliver national talent strategy, provide reporting/analytics, and participate in recruitment and national HR projects.
