Draft client documents and correspondence, enter information into internal insolvency systems, and support the Personal Debt Solutions team. The role also involves liaising with staff and external parties, maintaining confidential information, assisting management, meeting deadlines, and conducting community outreach and social media promotion. Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, time management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.

Lead and deliver cybersecurity risk, maturity, and compliance assessments using industry frameworks; develop remediation roadmaps and controls (IAM, data protection, endpoint, vulnerability management, zero trust); support privacy program implementation; assess cloud and emerging tech risks including AI; run third-party assessments; improve incident response and resilience; prepare executive reports; manage client engagements and contribute to business development.

Lead design, build, and maintenance of secure, scalable Azure-based enterprise solutions and integrations. Drive architecture, CI/CD, IaC, and best practices; troubleshoot production issues; mentor junior developers; document designs and govern API/integration standards.
