Lead end-to-end, multi-year advisory engagements with 8–12 high-potential SME CEOs (defence supply chain), manage delivery teams, drive strategy definition and execution, support implementation and leadership development, track client performance, aid business development, and represent BDC externally.

Lead sourcing, due diligence, investment execution and portfolio management for late-seed to Series B, women-led technology companies. Produce investment memos, build financial models, manage relationships with founders and investors, coach junior staff, and support portfolio value-creation and exits.

Provide high-quality client service and administrative support to the Technology Financing team: prepare proposals, letters, contracts, obtain signatures, perform pre-qualification and basic risk assessments, support portfolio development and branch marketing activities, and handle client follow-up and logistical support.

Participate in sourcing, diligence, financial modeling and portfolio management for late-stage venture investments. Prepare forecasts, analyze markets and companies, maintain investment documentation, monitor portfolio performance, and support partners across investment lifecycle.

Lead BDC's integration of economic reconciliation across strategy and operations by building Indigenous relationships, advising senior leaders, overseeing the Reconciliation team and Action Plan, ensuring governance, tracking performance, and embedding Indigenous perspectives into products, capital allocation, and organizational culture.

Manage and maintain the bank loan portfolio by completing annual reviews, performing advanced financial analysis and credit risk assessments, handling complex service requests, authorizing decisions within limits, coaching team members, and collaborating with credit and business teams to mitigate risk and identify client opportunities.

Manage and grow a portfolio of SMEs (revenues $3M–$50M) by identifying financing needs, structuring and negotiating credit solutions, developing new business, and maintaining community and COI relationships to support client growth.
