As a Pharmacy Supervisor, you will mentor and lead a team, manage production tasks, ensure compliance with GMP, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Prepare and pick batch components for cleanroom compounding, sanitize and label components, perform in-process and final inspections, package and palletize finished pharmaceutical products, transfer materials between pharmacy areas, and coordinate with Production Specialists and Pharmacists to meet production, quality, and dispatch timelines.

Own GPO/SSO and strategic account relationships for Baxter's Advanced Surgery portfolio. Lead multi-year contract negotiations, RFPs/RFIs, and value-based solutions; drive portfolio growth, standardization, and clinical adoption; mentor sales teams and ensure compliance, reporting, and implementation.
