Leads Baxter’s global manufacturing network strategy, capital planning, investment prioritization, capacity planning, and network optimization. Drives plant rationalization, tariff mitigation, insourcing and outsourcing decisions, new product introduction support, and large-scale transformation initiatives. Integrates risk, resiliency, strategic planning, operational excellence, and financial objectives. Requires strong leadership, manufacturing plant expertise, Lean knowledge, supply chain understanding, and the ability to connect operational decisions with business and financial outcomes.

Provide bilingual (English/French) technical support and troubleshooting for Baxter medical devices via phone and email; document incidents in approved systems; manage service part orders and returns; support field/service/sales with technical input; read schematics and travel within U.S. and Canada for training.
