Support a high-volume M&A team by sourcing and evaluating acquisitions, leading seller and advisor conversations, building financial and valuation models, conducting diligence across finance, sales, marketing, and operations, drafting investment memoranda, managing diligence with legal/tech/HR/tax, and assisting integration and finance of acquired businesses.

Manage month-end close, US GAAP financial reporting, revenue recognition, cash management, audits, budgets/forecasts, and SOPs for assigned portfolio companies. Supervise and mentor finance teams, lead integrations of acquired OpCos, ensure audit readiness, and use financial data to drive operational improvements and shareholder value.

Serve as shared in-house counsel for a portfolio of software companies and support HQ legal matters. Lead post-close onboarding, build self-serve legal templates and training, manage external counsel and IP relationships, handle commercial and employment disputes, coordinate privacy/data incidents, and implement AI-enabled legal workflows to scale support across the portfolio.
