Manage month-end close and deliver US GAAP-compliant financial statements for assigned operating companies. Supervise and mentor finance teams, oversee revenue recognition, accounts payable, cash management, budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, audit readiness, SOP development, and integration of newly acquired companies to drive operational improvements.

Support a high-volume M&A team by sourcing and evaluating acquisitions, leading seller and advisor conversations, building financial and valuation models, conducting diligence across finance, sales, marketing, and operations, drafting investment memoranda, managing diligence with legal/tech/HR/tax, and assisting integration and finance of acquired businesses.

Identify and engage vertical market software companies to source acquisition targets. Execute outbound prospecting, build relationships with owners and executives, manage nurturing programs, perform market research, collaborate with M&A and portfolio teams, track activity in Salesforce and Gong Engage, and meet sourcing KPIs to drive Banyan's acquisition pipeline.
