Execute outbound prospecting, build relationships with owners and executives, manage nurturing programs, perform market research, collaborate with M&A and portfolio teams, track activity in Salesforce and Gong Engage, and meet sourcing KPIs to drive Banyan's acquisition pipeline.

Lead design and delivery of a global, AI-native People Operations function: select and implement HRIS, build comp programs, benefits infrastructure, TA systems, automation and people analytics, and hire and lead a global team while ensuring global compliance and cross-functional integration.
